School Field Trips to The Garold Wayne Interactive Zoological Park
Looking for a FUN & educational field trip for your school? Well, we have the answer...The Garold Wayne Interactive Zoological Park located in Wynnewood, Oklahoma.
We are a complete walk through park and allow the public to get closer to these exotic animals than anywhere else in Oklahoma. Not, only do we have over 1400 animals on this park, we are also home to some animals that are on the endangered list and on the verge of extinction. Every animal has an educational sign attached to their habitat that informs children of these animal's behaviors, how they exist in the wild, how the animal was rescued and a few educational facts.
Our park is filled with fascinating animals that you don't always get to see at your City Zoos. Don't take the chance of taking your students to a City Zoo and might get to see some the animals. Here at our park, we pride ourselves on how close that you are able to get to the animals. Also our park is beautifully landscaped and very well manicured. We also have picnic tables for eating lunch as well as a drink and vending machines. We have a playground area as well as a big parking lot for bus parking.
For all of this wonderful experience we only charge $5.00 per person. That price is good for every student, teacher, sponsor, bus driver or any facility member. We cannot allow any child with a school field trip to touch any type of animal UNLESS their parent is present on the field trip with them due to liabilities.
If you would like to book a field trip or need more information, please contact us at (405) 665-5197 and we will gladly assist you with booking your trip and since we are a nonprofit organization, your admission fees are tax deductable.
